REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of five years' experience in Quality Assurance in the automotive industry; or 10
years' experience in automotive quality systems.
Experience with ISO/TS 16949 and Internal Quality Systems.
Knowledge and use of a wide variety of measuring instruments and technical drawings. Must have some calibration and statistical software knowledge. Extensive knowledge of MSA requirements.
Diverse knowledge of inspection and control methods, statistical techniques and documentation.
Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to train and motivate others.
Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
Supervisory experience.

CHIEF DUTIES AND/OR
Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate all quality assurance and product integrity functions.
Responsible for directing and supervising a group of employees involved in inspection and quality control procedures with regard to purchased materials, in-process materials and finished products to assure that quality control standards are achieved.
Establish, operate, and maintain necessary processes for quality systems. Quality Systems include inspection process, standards & system based on customer specific requirements, and TS16949 requirement items.
Drive continuous improvement processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide leadership to all departments in the development and implementation of corrective action plans for nonconforming material.
Monitor and communicate Company-wide performance on internal corrective action activity.
Maintain inspection standard documents and records.
Support and Maintain TS16949 and customer requirements.
Develop and implement a quality inspection program to ensure conformity of purchased material and final products to quality standards.
Plan and support all internal, customer, and agency audits and addresses all non-conformances.
Support the interface with supplier quality representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
Develop and/or adapt inspection equipment to meet quality control standards, make suggestions with regard to procedures, standards and equipment to facilitate work and maintain product quality.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
