The incumbent will plan, direct & coord all activities of maintenance, tooling, & engineering departments. A min of a U.S. bachelor's degree or foreign degree eqv in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or a closely related field, plus a min of 5 yrs progressive exp in planning sintered metal machining & equipment & tooling designs for manufacturing OEM VTC engine control systems. Any suitable combination of degree, training & exp is accepted. Travel to Japan is reqd approx. 3 times a year.
