The Concierge Assistant will be the first to meet and greet our residents, family, and friends, so the first impression of our facility depends on your friendliness and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be a competent and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests.
The goal is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience to contribute to the Concierge Team.
Available Shifts:
Monday to Friday:

00 pm-10:
00 pm; Sundays:
12pm - 8pm 1 day off during the week
Saturdays off Responsibilities Welcome all residents upon admission.
Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information.
Understand the Residents needs, and provide them with personalized solutions.
Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues to make the most suitable recommendations Arrange events, transportation, etc.

Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages, or mail and redirect calls.
Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution.
Skills Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage Proficiency in English; multilingual is strong, preferred Excellent communication skills Polite and confident with a great deal of patience Ability in multitasking and time-management Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation Two years of the front desk or customer service experience A.
